Want to create your dream life and manifest with ease? Here's how I did it...
It’s July and that means we have 6ish months left once this blog goes live to fulfil our goals and dreams this year, but just to be clear some may take longer and some may take less, being flexible is key to making them become a reality.
I don’t know about you, but as soon as I start putting pressure on myself or feeling overwhelm not only do I become less productive, but also creatively blocked :( so prioritise ease and freedom and more results will come to fruition before you even know it.
I want to share with you how I made this happen and hopefully it will help you create your dream life too!
SPOILER ALERT: These techniques work really well, so make sure you are crystal clear on the first one otherwise you will manifest things in your life that you don’t want!
This is a tough one. We are so conditioned by society, limiting beliefs and who knows what we have heard that our brains decide what is best for us and drive our behaviour usually long before we are consciously aware of it.
Let’s rewind to 2021 for a moment.
I was obsessed with the idea of moving to France, learning French, eating pastries and enjoying significantly lower taxes. I did everything in my power to get there and it worked.
However, from the moment I arrived, NOTHING went to plan even the most logical things that should have been so easy like going to the supermarket.
> My dog cried every day and I couldn’t go anywhere for 5 minutes.
> No one would rent me an apartment even by paying 3 years in advance!
> China pulled the plug on a contract I had and overnight I lost 90% of my income overnight.
I was about to be homeless until a family saved me (another story) and I had some time to ‘think’ about what to do.
So did I know I was not meant to be there or that wasn’t really my dream life?
The truth is YES, because firstly, in the back of my mind there was another place in Spain I had visited a year early and ironically had to transfer at the airport in to get to France that I was secretly in love with. But since I was so angry at the Spanish system and bureaucracy, my behaviours were being driven by anger and hate not love and desire.
On top of that, I still had Málaga (the Spanish city) as a back up plan in my mind. Do you know what that means?
It means that plan A aka France was never my real dream or desired manifestation. And eventually once I had given up the fight (because it was a long fight to get to France), the REAL DREAM literally manifested in 12 hours and was so easy. There was no resistance, no problems, nothing.
So how can you avoid going about your dream life the hard way?
One thing a coach asked me was “What is the road of least resistance for you?”
For me this means, which path feels most aligned? Not being forced or struggling to make it come to fruition (there may be a lot of work you need to do, but it won’t feel like pushing against a wall to get through).
So be honest with yourself about the real reasons you want this dream life. Is it your brain telling you it’s best or your heart and soul?
So what happened next? Thankfully, I didn’t end up on the street. I took the time gifted to me to think about it…
Except I didn’t think. I actually just enjoyed for a change.
✨I enjoyed walking the dogs in nature every day by the river.
✨I enjoyed growing my business and helping new clients that started pouring in by magic.
✨I visited new cities and ate in new restaurants.
I became so busy doing what I love with my previous online teaching business that I had started that I no longer had time to help the family so…
I took the last flight that year back to Spain to Málaga, which was my back up plan in the sun.
But do you know what happened?
😮 I got an apartment less than 12 hours after landing (the one I had been dreaming of in my visions! Literally…)
😮 Nancy never cried again and is called the happiest dog people have ever seen every day and now she talks (tries) to people instead of crying!
😮 I have all my favourite things on my doorstep - beach🏖️, fruit and veg market🥑🥭, palm trees🏝️, vegan ice cream🍦, I even manifested a Galician bakery opening up🥐(long story)!
All of this happened before 1st November 2021 and started in January 2021.
Everything was and is aligned until you get in your own way and sabotage it.
My point is: What you think you want/what’s best, may not be what you REALLY want.
Just focus on the visions, the feelings and F* the how (yes, this was/is and still is the hardest part and a constant work in progress).
So what did I do to make this dream a reality? Here are the 3 most powerful tips…
Buy yourself a beautiful notebook and pen. I love a good fountain pen, I swear they are magic. Like when you see a person drawing something in a cartoon and then it becomes real. This is the same. Research has even shown that writing by hand creates stronger neural connections and formations in the brain, so get off your phone and laptop and go find a nice café to relax and write down exactly what your dream life/day would look like. Every single detail from the moment you wake up to going to sleep. Get so specific you even know what the inside of your future fridge looks like and where everything is in your dream kitchen.
If you do this every day based on your dream life you wrote down in number 1 I am sure that in time it will become real. Don’t ask me how, scientists haven’t figured that part out yet, but it works. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and imagination, but what we do know is that if your brain can imagine it, it can be created sooner or later and will materialise in your reality.
So find a nice quiet and comfortable space in your home and give yourself 10-20 minutes every day to disappear to the dream life you desire and just enjoy it, see it, feel it (check my previous blog post for how to feel it now) and be there. Have faith in the process that everything you do will lead you there one day.
Yes, that’s right. You must take action if you want it to work. Show up and show the universe you are prepared for your dream life and you can do this by starting to live right now as if it was your dream life.
For example, you want to wake up at 6am and workout every day, start now. If you don’t have time, wake up at 5.30am and go to bed earlier. Do you eat healthier in your future vision? Start now.

I live in my current dream apartment, whilst I manifest the next quantum leap (that’s right, it is never ending and you will always be evolving and so will your dreams).
I go to the beach most days, walk around the #1 city in the world according to Traveler magazine.
I work with the most amazing clients and watch them transform their lives every day and step into their future self and show up for their goals.
I live next to the fruit and veg market full of fresh produce (my heaven).
I have huge windows with sunlight pouring in every day
